LMSC will again be running INDOOR soccer leagues in the winter months. This year's leagues will be for children born between 2012 and 2016. These leagues will geared toward players who are playing at the intramural level, though travel team players will be accepted.

For the 2023-2024 season, our indoor leagues will run at AFC Fitness Center in Bala Cynwyd on their turf field.

  • Games will be played 5 vs. 5 with a maximum of 11 players on each team.
  • All games will be played on SUNDAYS with start times between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • First games: Sunday, December 3, 2023. Last games: March 3. There will be no games on December 24 or December 31.
  • Each team will play one 45 minute game a week and play 11 games during the season.
  • There are no weeknight practices or practices before games. Teams will just play the one game each Sunday.
  • Due to space limitations, we will have to put a cap on the number of spots we can offer in each division. Players wishing to sign up after a division is full will be put on a waiting list.
  • All age groups use a size 4 ball.

    RED DIVISION            2015 and 2016 birth boys
    BLUE DIVISION2012 - 2014 birth boys
    GOLD DIVISION 2015 and 2016 birth girls
    SILVER DIVISION2012 - 2014 birth girls


GAME TIMES

Each week, our first game will start at 8:00 AM. Our last game will start at 5:15 PM. Teams will have a different game time every Sunday. However, it is our intent to have:
  • The 2015-2016 birth divisions (RED and GOLD) play the earlier sessions with almost all games starting between 8:00 AM and 12:15 PM.
  • The 2012-2014 birth divisions (BLUE and SILVER) play in the later sessions with almost all games starting between 11:20 AM and 5:15 PM

This however is by no means definite. Much will depend on how many teams we have in each division, what times our coaches are available to coach, etc.



WHAT PLAYERS NEED TO BRING
  • shin guards
  • water bottle
  • soccer cleats or sneakers
  • team shirt (to be distributed at the team's first game)


HOW TO REGISTER
The cost for each program is $220 per player.

We will attempt to honor teammate requests but cannot guarantee all requests. We also must limit teams to a maximum of 11 players per team.
