The Under 10 Fireballs won the Delco Division 3 U-10 Championship game by beating TEYSA 2-1. It was the second year in a row that the Fireballs won the Division 3 championship.
The goals were scored by the Fireballs’ strikers Drake Friend and Zachary Kurtz. Adrian Leavitt was outstanding in goal. Travis Chou and Eli Tanenbaum were awesome at defense.
There was outstanding mid-field play by Michael Cahana, Alex Cohen, Kenton Weigel, Ben Kahn, William Langfitt and Ethan Eisenhart. Jake Margulies and Alex Keszeli also had some great plays at striker. Everyone should be congratulated on a great season.
The Fireballs won the Al Perlini tournament over the 2005 Labor Day weekend. The team played four games in one day and won each game. Participating with the Fireballs were Kenton Weigel, Travis Chou, Zachary Kurtz, Adrian Levitt, William Langfitt, Drake Friend, Alex Cohen, Jake Margulies, Ethan Eisenhardt, Michael Cahana, and guest player Zachary Herman.

The Fireballs were 4-0 going into the championship game and lost the championship game by two goals. Participating with the Fireballs were Kenton Weigel, Travis Chou, Zachary Kurtz, Eli Tannenbaum, Adrian Levitt, William Langfitt, Drake Friend, Alex Cohen, Brandon Friedman, Andrew Stone, Jack Keffer and Adam Schoenfeld.
The Fireballs finished an undefeated league season, going 10-0-1 by winning the Delco Soccer
League Division Three Championship. The Fireballs defeated a very tough Nether Providence
team 2-1 in the finals. Zachary Kurtz and Adrian Levitt each scored for the Fireballs, in the final
game, while goaltender William Langfitt stopped a penalty shot and made a fantastic save in the
second half to secure the championship. All of the other members of the Fireballs contributed to
the championship victory and our tremendous season, including the scoring and striker work of
Andrew Stone, the outstanding defensive efforts of Jack Keffer and Eli Tannenbaum and the great
midfield work of Kenton Weigel, Travis Chou, Brandon Friedman, Drake Friend, Alex Cohen, and
Adam Schoenberg.
