REGISTRATION INFORMATION


REGISTRATION FEES
Please refer to the registration fee schedule below. We can only guarantee placement in a division for registration forms postmarked by March 20. There is a late fee for registrations postmarked after that date. We also cannot guarantee acceptance into the program if the registration is postmarked after that date. We cannot honor car pool and teammate requests for registrations postmarked after March 20 since that is when we start the very difficult task of making team assignments.

  • ATOMS, NEUTRONS, BANTAMS AND MICRONS DIVISIONS:
    • The cost to register is $90. Registrations should be received by March 20th although we will accept late registrations for these divisions if there are still openings.
    • We will accept on-site registrations in these divisions ONLY IF there are still openings in the desired division.

  • JUNIORS, INTERMEDIATES, QUASARS, PROTONS, SENIORS and ELECTRONS DIVISIONS:
    • The cost to register is $90 if the registration is postmarked on or before March 20th.
    • For registrations postmarked after March 20th, the registration fee is $125 and we will not guarantee a spot in the program.
    • The late fee does not apply to any family who has moved into the area during the current school year.

Once a division is filled, we will NOT be able to accept additional registrants, no matter when the registration is received. Be sure to register early, before the division that you requested becomes filled. Our web page will be updated regularly, showing which divisions still have openings. Since the players in the older divisions will need to be assigned to teams, we will need to receive all registrations by March 20th.



WHICH DIVISION TO CHOOSE
There are several different divisions to choose from in the Spring Intramural Program. Below is a list of the divisions that will be available:

Atoms, Bantams, Neutrons and Microns will always be on Sunday afternoons. All other divisions will be primarily on Sunday afternoons, but could have one more more Saturday afternoon sessions.

Players may play up a year or down a year if necessary.



REGISTRATION NOTES
  • If you are planning to volunteer to coach, please register as soon as possible so that we can forward coaching materials to you. This will also help us to better organize teams assignments and plan our season better.

  • Players may choose a different division than the one we recommend if the parents feel it is in the child’s best interest to play up a year or down a year. This is subject to LMSC approval.

  • You MUST use a separate registration form for each child or the registration form will be returned.

  • Registration forms and checks are to be sent to: LMSC, Box 360, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.

  • Car pool / teammate requests will most likely not be honored for registrations postmarked after March 20!!!!!

  • For older divisions, we CANNOT place a player on a team that has only early games or only late games. The game times for each team will vary each week.


HOW TO REGISTER
Please follows these step by step directions:
  1. Go to the Online Registration Form (button found below)
  2. Complete the entire Online Registraion Form
  3. When you have completed the Online Registration Form, click the "Registration Is Complete" Button at the bottom of the page
  4. Print the Registration Acknowledgement Form which will appear in your web browser
  5. Read AND SIGN the Release Section at the bottom of the printed form
  6. Mail your printed Registration Acknowledgement Form AND your registration fee (payable to LMSC) to: LMSC, Box 360, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.
  7. Requests for refunds will only be honored if made before April 1st. We will NOT issue refunds for any reason after that date. There is a $25 service charge for all refund requests made before April 1st.


Registrations will not be considered valid until we have received your form and check in the mail. A list of all registrations that have accepted can be found on our web page. Please check to see that your child in on the form and that we have the child's division listed properly.

Team assignments, field locations and game times for the older divisions will be posted on our LMSC Web Site no later than March 30th. All players will need to visit our web site (www.lmsc.net) on or after May 30th for this information. You will NOT receive a confirmation notice in the mail.

Players in the older divisions may request to be on a team with friends playing in the same division. We will make every effort to honor these requests but we cannot guarantee honoring such requests. Since we make team assignments starting March 20th, we will not be able to honor any car pool / teammate requests for registrations received after March 20th even if there are still openings in the specified division.





REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds will only be honored if made before April 1st. We will NOT issue refunds for any reason after that date. There is a $25 service charge for all refund requests made before April 1st.


WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU REGISTER
We will post the names of players who have had their registrations accepted on our web page. If you do not see your name on the web page ten days after submitting your registration form, please let us know. Names will not appear right away on our list of players who are registered. We will post team assignments along with schedules for the first weekend of play (April 14 / 15) around April 5th.

Please remember that we need people to volunteer as head coaches (and also assistant coaches) in all age groups. Adults who volunteer to coach in a particular division will have their child assigned to their team, unless specifically requested not to.
