January 30, 2010 - The LMSC Storm took second place in the EPYSA Girls Under 9 Indoor State Cup Championships.

  The Storm went undefeated in group play Beating Hulmeville Galaxy 3-2, T.E. Breakers 5-2 and Buckingham Banshees 3-0. The Storm moved to the semi final to face Cantolao USA Winner of group B. The Storm Advanced to the final with a 3-2 win over Cantolao.

In the final the Storm faced a tough FC Revolution team. The Storm out shot the Revs put were only able to beat the strong Revs keeper once and fell in the final 2-1. It was a fantastic showing for the Storms first indoor state cup.

  The Storm are coached by Pete Gangl who is also the head coach for the U-16 Mustangs (2010 Indoor State Cup Champions).
