The Lower Merion Heart is an under 15 Girls premiere soccer team from Eastern Pennsylvania that has been playing and competing since 2003.
The team and its players are dedicated to competing at the highest possible levels of competition in the region and country,
and committed to the effort of working toward increasing success at those top levels of competition.
The teamís coaches are committed to the development of their players in terms of sportsmanship, technical skill, team play, and passion for learning and playing the game of soccer well.
In the last several years, the Heart has established itself as the top indoor and outdoor girlsí soccer team in Pennsylvania in their age group with consecutive outdoor state cup
championships and consecutive indoor state cup finals appearances playing up a year during their U-13 and U-14 campaigns.
In addition to the teamís many accomplishments, the players themselves have been recognized for their individual accomplishments as well.
Thirteen players have been selected for Pennsylvania Olympic Development Program (ODP) Teams. Eleven have been selected as members of the first team of the state ODP program.
Three have been selected for the fifteen-state region one ODP team, two have been selected for U.S. National Team player pool, and one has been selected for the U.S. National team.
Lower Merion Soccer Club is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose mission is to promote the enjoyment and development of soccer in youths of all levels.
The club runs recreation, special needs, and travel programs for youths between 4 and 19.
