Our long time field crew head has announced his retirement from LMSC. As a result, we are looking to hire a new field crew head. This is a part time position and
NOT a full time job. It is a good chance for someone to make a significant amount of money beyond their primary job.
The ideal candidate will be:
At least 25 years old
Have a vehicle which can occassionally be used to move soccer goals (truck or car with a roof rack or car with a hatch back)
Be able to organize a small crew of 5-8 workers (mostly high school students)
The work is primarily done in the spring season and the fall season. Most work takes place on Friday nights (moving goals onto fields and re-lining fields) and on
Sunday nights (moving goals off fields and chaining them to fences as well as removing trash from fields). Initial lining of fields and initial
goal setup takes place in March for the spring season and in late August for the fall season.
All field crew workers are paid hourly with each person's pay rate based on experience and the amount of responsibility that they are given for their particular job.
